KIDS KARATE
YOUTH KARATE

Our kids karate program is designed for children 7 to 12 years of age. It provides a fun martial arts curriculum for beginners. The program keeps kids active and helps increase fitness levels, balance & co-ordination, concentration, and self-discipline. Emphasis is placed on goal setting and personal success, while teaching kids how to stay safe and avoid dangerous situations.

Our karate lessons will provide your child with a whole range of life skills, including:

  • Personal focus and concentration

  • Self-confidence

  • Courtesy and respect

  • Self-defense skills

  • Leadership and teamwork

Our martial arts classes are designed for teens 13-18 years of age. It is a complete approach to training in the martial arts. The main focus of the training in this class is on the exciting kicking and punching skills, as well as self-defence techniques, and the introduction to sparring.

Teens who join this program learn to focus and respect while building self-confidence and developing a positive mental attitude.

ADULT KARATE

Our Adult karate program is designed for men and women 16 years and older. Benefits include improving fitness levels, learn self-defense techniques, increasing confidence, and feeling empowered in a motivating, fun and friendly environment.

Adult members learn how to execute stances, punches, blocks, and kicking techniques. Individuals also learn how to perform kata (pre-arranged forms of set movements and techniques), how to break fall, and sparring techniques which combine modern kicking/sparring techniques with the traditional Shotokan systems and emphasizes self-defense movements.
